Dear Reskin Families,
I am very excited to welcome you to the new school year. On behalf of the teachers and staff that work her at Charles G. Reskin School, I welcome you to the 2018-2019 School Year. This will be my third year as the Principal of the school and I look forward to working with you and your children to make this a successful year.
This year, we are fortunate to add Mr. Chris Rzemieniecki as our Assistant Principal. Mr. Rzemieniecki will be providing support to Reskin School, as well as other vital programs at Marquardt School District 15. He has valuable experience in our school district and I know you will be very impressed when you get the opportunity to meet him.
Together with teachers and staff, we are committed to providing the best educational environment possible. Our teachers and staff have been trained in ways to promote the holistic well-being of every child. We understand the importance of their academic achievement as well as their skills to collaborate, problem solve, innovate, and be creative. We will work together to look for opportunities for our students to be more collaborative and work as an effective team member. We want them to have opportunities, just as stated in the mission of District 15, to become productive members of society and lifelong learners.
If you have questions or concerns during the year, please feel free to contact me. The staff and I look forward to working in partnership with you and your child during the upcoming school year.
We look forward to a great school year!
